At YeaPaw, we don't just sell fountains; we engineer solutions. Because the Nesto is built with a Dry-Base Magnetic Drive and 304 Stainless Steel, we stand behind the longevity of our components with institutional-grade support policies.

1. The 2-Year "Dry-Motor" Warranty

Coverage Commitment

Every YeaPaw Nesto Fountain is backed by a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Unlike traditional fountains where submerged pumps frequently burn out, our dry-motor architecture allows us to offer robust coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered?

  • Motor & Drive System: Failure of the magnetic induction base or propeller mechanism.
  • Sensor Electronics: Malfunctions in the motion-activation or power management systems.
  • Structural Integrity: Manufacturing defects in the stainless steel tank, tray, or water path components.
  • Battery Performance: Significant capacity degradation beyond normal wear-and-tear expectations within the first year.

Parts Continuity Pledge

We guarantee the availability of replacement consumables (Filter Kits) and critical wear-parts. We view the Nesto as a long-term hygiene investment, and our supply chain is secured to ensure your unit remains serviceable for years to come.

2. The 30-Day Inspection Period (Returns)

We want you to feel confident in your upgrade to a dry-motor system. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

The Inspection Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inspect and test your Nesto. If you find that it does not meet your household's needs, you may initiate a return for a refund.

Return Eligibility & Shipping

  • Condition: To ensure hygiene safety for our team, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories (cable, adapter, manual) included.
  • Shipping Transparency: To maintain the lowest possible upfront price for all pet parents, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product quality issue, in which case we cover return shipping or provide a free exchange. We do not build "hidden return fees" into our product price.
  • Restocking: We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in clean, original condition.

3. The Support Workflow

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We treat support with the same precision as our engineering. When you contact us, you reach a real team member, not a bot.

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all warranty and return inquiries within 24 business hours.
  • Resolution Path: For valid warranty claims, we prioritize rapid module replacement (sending you just the part you need) over cumbersome full-unit swaps whenever possible.

How to Initiate a Claim

To start a warranty claim or return request, simply email support@yeapaw.com with:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #YP1234)
  2. A brief description of the issue or reason for return
  3. (For warranty claims) A photo or short video showing the issue
