Pre-Order Shipping Policy


This shipping policy applies only to current pre-order items, including the Nesto Fountain.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

The Nesto Fountain is currently available for pre-order.
• Pre-order shipments are expected to begin shipping from our U.S. fulfillment center in mid to late January.
• All delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly depending on final arrival, processing, and carrier schedules.

We will continue to provide updates if there are any changes to this timeline.

Shipping Location & Coverage

• Pre-order items will ship from our U.S. fulfillment center once inventory arrives.
• At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
• We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii for pre-orders.

Tracking Information

• Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.
• Please note that tracking is not generated until the order is ready to ship.

Address Changes

• Address changes are allowed for pre-orders, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the change before fulfillment.

Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships.
• Once an order has shipped, it will be handled according to our return policy.
